Sales & analytics dashboards

Customize reporting dashboards and their local JSON data.

Routes and source

DashboardRoute
Sales & CRM/#/dashboards/sales
Analytics/#/dashboards/analytics

Edit src/features/reports/data.json. ReportDashboard.tsx owns filters and tables; ReportVisuals.tsx renders the distinct CRM and Analytics widgets; model.ts owns aggregation and reports.css owns responsive styling. React loads the fixture asynchronously through the local fake API. These are independent reporting examples, not live data from the customer/order workspace.

Filters and metrics

7/30/90-day filters include records whose age is less than the chosen period; age 0 represents today. Owner and traffic-channel filters update all cards, charts and tables. Search filters the table and CSV export. Sales stage bars and opportunity-board links filter the deal table. Closing performance shows win rate, won and lost counts and closed revenue. Pipeline bars compare deal value by stage. Analytics uses stacked channel columns, an acquisition donut, a channel activity heatmap and device shares. Channel legend buttons update the report filter. Chart data is also available as text. Sales revenue includes Won deals; win rate is Won divided by Won plus Lost. The pipeline includes Qualified, Proposal and Negotiation. Analytics conversion rate is conversions divided by sessions. Follow-up entries are illustrative and do not schedule calls.
